The Parks of Plaquemines has guidelines for the construction of any residence, building, fence, wall or any kind of structure. You will need to adhere to our process on getting approval for construction. The first step is to become familiar with the Construction Restrictions (posted on this website) to determine what is and what is not allowed. The next step is to submit your plan to the Architectural Standard Committee for their review and approval using the Design Review Form below. Once approval is received in writing, you may proceed with construction. Under no circumstances will the Committee give a verbal approval. By following these simple steps, you will avoid potential fines for not obtaining approval or having to remove the structure in its entirety.
